Touch 3Claws Support ticket is used to write a complaint or question addressed to 3Claws Support regarding a bug report, log-in problem, game related issues or other topics.

Our old ticket feature is no longer available and in order for you to submit ticket to the new one, here’s what you can do to submit one!

1. Open Support through the Touch Official Website : just like in the picture


2. After the Support page diplayed, please click the CONTACT US tab and click the link just like in the picture


3. T-Dancer will be redirected to Ticket Page. There will be two options to login, using google+ or Facebook account. Choose one and you’ll be redirected to another page.


4.  To send a ticket, please click Submit a Ticket button.


5.  After that T-Dancer can choose Touch Department


6. Choose the priority according to the ticket you want to submit :

  • Cheat or Bugs (Critical)
  • Error Event Feature Report (Emergency)
  • Unsent/Not received prizes/Winner Confirmation (Urgent)
  • Questions about Event etc. (High, Medium, Low)

Please insert Subject according the conditions of the priority you are choosing. For example, Didn’t Received Beautiful in White Reward. Do not forget to include your IGN, Server, Screenshots as proof, Event links. if you are using special characters/ASCII for your IGN, please copy the name right from the game onto Word Documents and put it as an attachment along with your ticket.


NOTE : Do mind to always give your IGN, SERVER, and EVENT LINK in order for easier follow up. If your ticket has something to do with Top Up Event, always include PAYMENT TRANSACTION in screenshots.

7.  After submitting a ticket, you’ll be redirected to this page


8. To check your ticket you can always click My Tickets
- Status : Open = Ticket are submitted succesfully
- Status : Answered = Ticket has been replied by Touch 3Claws Team

Quite easy right? If you have any questions regarding features, Cheat/Bug reports, or Event Confirmation, feel free to submit a ticket! Tickets will be replied within the set Priority, and will be processed in 3×24 hrs (excluding weekends or holidays).

Below is a list of recommendations to take into account when elaborating the ticket:

Use polite and respectful wording addressing to 3Claws Support.
Use appropriate punctuation and spelling.
Be concise and only add information and screenshot that you deem important in your case.
Inspect your ticket for typos or the details and or incomplete evidence.

Use racist, discriminatory or insulting language towards the any other person involved regardless of the gravity of your situation.
Useexcessive pleading
Add irrelevant or redundant information.
Include personal 3Claws account information such as password. *e-mail and username are OK for evidence purpose*
Overuse punctuation marks, especially the exclamation mark.
